How a project runs.

Call
Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, I tell you whether I am the right person for it. No deck.

Scope
I write down what I will build, what it costs and when it lands. Fixed price wherever the scope allows one.

Build
Weekly demos against a staging URL. You see the thing working rather than a status report.
04
Handover
Code, documentation and a walkthrough. You own all of it. I stay reachable for fixes.

Who you would be working with.
I am Harshal Jagtap. I have been building solutions for small, mid-large scale businesses for 2 years, most of it as the only engineer on the project. That means I write the code, run the deployment, and talk to the people who use the thing.
I take a small number of clients at a time so the work gets proper attention. If a project is not a fit, I will say so early and point you at someone better placed.
